Which cookies and similar technologies we use, and how to control them. Last updated 18 October 2026.
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies are always on because the product cannot function without them. Everything else is optional and off by default — analytics and session replay only run after you opt in via the consent banner. The one exception is the booking calendar on the free-session page, which comes from Calendly (see the table) and loads when you open that page. We do not use advertising or social media cookies.

If you do not want Calendly to load, do not open the free-session page: email anurag@rivoraconnect.com.au and we will arrange a time with you directly. Calendly's own cookies and how it handles data are described in its privacy notice.
