Try it on one real feature
The Guided Pilot is four weeks with Anurag alongside your team. You bring one feature you plan to build soon. You finish with its solution, checked by your team, and a clear decision about what’s next.
A$800 + GST, paid once.
What’s included
- One real feature, taken to its complete solution in up to nine parts.
- One workspace, with up to two creators and ten reviewers.
- Up to eight scheduled hours with Anurag: a kickoff, working sessions, a midpoint review and a final review.
- Connect GitHub, Confluence and Jira if you’d like to.
How the four weeks run
Week 1
Kickoff. Pick the feature, name who answers, and bring what you have. We record a baseline.
Week 2
Design it together. Rivora drafts and asks. Your experts answer.
Week 3
Midpoint review. Your team checks each part. Approved stories go to Jira.
Week 4
Final review. We compare against the baseline and decide together: continue, stop or revisit.
What we measure
In week one we record a baseline for the pilot feature and one recent, similar feature:
- days from request to an agreed plan
- expert hours spent answering questions
- rounds of clarification after handoff
- gaps found after release, once the feature ships
Then we compare. We publish only numbers we’ve measured, and only with your permission.
Who it suits
- A real feature you plan to start building within 30 days.
- A named product owner.
- A named technical reviewer.
- Enough to start from: documents, notes, Confluence pages or code.
Why it costs the same as a month of Launch
They buy different things. The Guided Pilot buys four weeks of Anurag’s time: up to eight scheduled hours working alongside your team on one real feature. Launch is the product for your team to run on its own, with five features a month.
At the end
You leave with the feature’s solution, checked by your team, and a written decision: continue, stop or revisit. If you continue, choose the plan that fits.
Name the feature, and who should answer.
Tell us about the feature you have in mind. Anurag will reply to plan the first week.
